We offer two levels of maintenance support for both your heating and cooling systems for you maximum comfort and savings month to month:

ACCA-approved HVAC Comfort System Rejuvenation.
$16.99 per Month/ $203.88 a year with 1 visit a year.

ACCA-approved HVAC Comfort System Rejuvenation.

PLUS- receive a 15% discount on repair options recommended on the day of Rejuvenation as well as a FREE air filter(s) replacement (Up to 1” filter, Limited to 3 filters per rejuvenation)

$29.99 per Month/ $359.88 a year with 2 visit a year.

OUR 60 POINT INSPECTIONS
for both Gold and Platinum Programs Includes:

  • Check air filter cleanliness.
  • Ensure Air handler/ Furnace is sealed properly.
  • Inspect grills, housings, and diffusers for dirt.
  • Inspect Ductwork for dirt, holes, water. (Limited to visible/Accessible ductwork)
  • Inspect for proper start collar/plenum sealing.
  • Test thermostat operation and calibration.
  • Test and Inspect zone operation.
  • Test all condensation and overflow switches.
  • Inspect electrical disconnect boxes/Breakers.
  • Ensure the system Properly Grounded.
  • Inspect all wiring and wire terminations.
  • Measure and record all Line voltage readings.
  • Inspect and measure all capacitors, contactors, relays, and sequencers.
  • Measure and record all system amperage readings.
  • Inspect belts, pullies, and shafts.
  • Lubricate moving parts. (if applicable)
  • Inspect and test inducer motor and pressure switch. (clean if needed)
  • Inspect heating elements, heat exchangers, and flame sensors.
  • Measure and record gas inlet pressures. (adjust if needed)
  • Inspect gas pipe and exhaust venting.
  • Inspect for combustible materials near the furnace.
  • Co2 Testing on Furnaces.

  • Test condensate pump. (clean if needed)
  • Inspect system for visual signs of refrigerant leaks.
  • Full system readings. (fieldpiece commissioning testing)
  • Measure and record all condensing system amperage readings.
  • Measure and record all condensing system Voltage readings.
  • Inspect electrical disconnect box.
  • Inspect all condenser wiring and wire terminations.
  • Inspect condensing coil for debris/cleanliness and overall condition.
